History

In 1969, the Rao’s made their journey from Sicily to Brooklyn New York, brining many of their family recipes passed down from generation to genaration. In 1980, they opened up Pasta Fresca, offering a variety of their delicious prepared foods, as well as baked goods. A lot has changed since then, but today, the family continues on in their tradition of providing amazing homemade Italian foods and specialty items to Brooklyn and beyond. They continue to pride themselves on making quality food and thrive on serving you lunch, dinner and all your catering needs.
