Went here a couple days ago. Got cookies, tortellini and ravioli. Everything was phenomenal. I’ve been looking for a good ravioli and tortellini place for a while. The cookies? Out of this moist, delicious, fantastic. Wonderful service. They were also very welcoming to my 3 year old son. I give it over 5 stars!
From the fresh baked breads, rolls and cookies to the freshly made prepared foods and home made sauces and pastas… Pasta Fresca has it all and everything is absolutely delicious. It’s my favorite Saturday or Sunday stop. You owe it to yourself to stop in and treat yourself and your family.
Just had trays of food catered from them. Everything came hot and ready to go. The food was amazing! Highly recommend them.
I moved out of NY over 10 years ago but I will make the trip to Pasta Fresca every single time I’m in the area. The bread is always still warm when I pick it off the shelf and everything from the prepared food to the fresh pasta to the array of cookies are great! I read the other reviews, I’ve never had anything other than a pleasant experience and was always helped by a very welcoming person at the counter. And if you like lemon drop cookies, this is the place to get them. I was in there again today and I’m already regretting not picking up extra of everything I bought…
Been buying and cooking Italian food for decades. The best ravioli, mozzarella, lemon cookies, pies, rainbow cookies, brownies, pasta, and bread. Grilled chicken is wonderful. The father behind the counter may have had a bad day but he is really a nice and kind person. He does push a sale but, hey, he wants to make money, too. Sons and other workers are all wonderful. I don’t care too much for their sauce but that’s me. Worth your time and money.
Pasta Fresca is a first rate genuine Italian food store. At first glance it appears to focus on bread (in the front window) and cookies (in the entire first showcase) but PF also has some of the best fresh mozzarella and sausage in Brooklyn. Considering that it is a block away from Faicco’s Pork Store, that’s saying a lot. PF’s prepared foods are excellent and they often carry Sicilian cheeses. Yesterday I bought a Sardinian sheep’s milk cheese infused with truffles. Don’t pass up this store.
